It is our goal to make sure all needs are being met.

Late Policy

If you are running late we will do our best to fit you in, but we may not be able to provide the full service or treatment. Should you then decide not to continue with the service or treatment as a result of the service being cut short, then the same day 50% cancellation policy applies. On the occasion that your stylist may be running behind know that you will receive the full service booked. Please communicate with your stylist that you are running behind so that you are still able to be accommodated. Please understand that being late may result in the next guest time being adjusted, which may result in rescheduling your appointment. If you are running late due to parking, don’t panic your stylist will wait for you.

Cancellation Policy

Kindly cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Same day cancellation will result in being charged 50% of the service and no call- no show will result in 100% of the service. If you are sick or contagious the day of your appointment please let your stylist know prior to coming into your appointment so that your appointment is rescheduled. We asked that if you have a fever or have tested positive for covid in the past 3 to 5 days to please communicate that with your stylist to decide if this appointment should be rescheduled.

Can I bring someone with me?

Due to our space being intimate, only guest who are being serviced are allowed during your appointment time. Extra guest including children will be asked to sit in the waiting area until your service is complete.

Our goal is to make sure all guest are satisfied with their service so please note that ALL extension services require a consultation to achieve the best look. Extensions are not included in the service pricing. We will do our part to help assist you with providing the best quality of hair for your personal hair texture. It is best to purchase your hair at least 1 week in advance.

Not satisfied with your service.

We love our guest feedback! We want to make sure that you are 100 % satisfied and will do our very best to leave you feeling beautiful. If you aren’t satisfied with your service please send your feedback to your stylist via email or give your stylist a call within 3 days of your service.

Right to Refuse!

At Beautified by Deitra we have to right to refuse any guest who displays violent or disrespectful actions. We can also refuse to service a guest when we believe the expectations can not be reached or negotiated. At Beatified By Deitra we will do our best to not over promise and underachieve.
